libfxscintilla-dev software package provides a development implementation of Scintilla for the FOX GUI Library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfxscintilla-dev
libfxscintilla-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfxscintilla-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfxscintilla-dev *
You will get with libfxscintilla-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
